NEED for AI:

To enhance manufacturing processes by implementing data pipelines, data unification, and the Apache industrial platform, which will enable the collection and analysis of data for better decision-making

AI REGIO SOLUTION:

Developing a unique approach to AI implementation for the upgrading of old production machines, and to provide technology and infrastructure knowledge for R&D with gained positive references for commercialization and exploitation of project in the market. Addressing the need to better coordinate regional smart specialization strategies and upgrade offerings of DIHs by AI-driven applications.

EXPECTED BENEFITS:

Recognition and scale-up of small start-ups, increased business network, and funds for R&D activities
DIH Slovenia serves as a national connecting point for digital business and innovation, providing necessary activities for Slovene industry to build digital competencies and raise competitive advantages

The iDAPTA experiment aligns with the objectives of AI REGIO's open call, specifically addressing Topic 1: Manufacturing data spaces and Data4AI pipelines. It aims to enhance knowledge transfer across DIH networks and upgrade offerings with AI-driven applications, contributing to Slovenia's development and recovery strategies as well as EU-level visions for digital and sustainable transformations.
